Here's something I saw made by a fellow SU demo: Robin Conk. This was featued on the SU demo only site this morning. She used the FRESH CUTS notes set and stamp set to make these simple and beautiful cards! Aren't they GREAT??!   I changed two of them using the THANK YOU sentiment instead... since I need a few of those...

When you purchase the FRESH CUTS NOTECARDS they come like this (and they include the 4x4" envelopes too!!!). You need to punch out the perforated flower petals... and so you are left with these petals.... I wanted to create a FRESH CUTS - like design of my own.

I punched a Scallop Circle out of a 3x3" card in whisper White. (you can use circles as well! - Anything goes). Then I adhered the stamped background (using the Fresh Cuts stamp Set) behind it. Directly onto the back of the cover of the card... so when you open the card... you can still have a white space to write on.

Then I took 3 of the punched out petals and arranged them (and adhered them) making a 4 point flower. I then placed a small FELT FUSION flower and pierced a hole using the PIERCING TOOL through the flower and te background and added a large JEWEL BRAD.

The color is ROSE RED. and pink BRAD.

I have a few more ideas using these punched out petals. I hope they work out and I will share!
