(Did everyone remember to set their clocks ahead one hour?) I had a great weekend! We had Abby's 5th PUPPY birthday party where we had 12 wild and fun children over for our "at-home" party! Requested by abby of course! All the little "puppies" were adorable! So as you can imagine... I was a little exhausted this weekend and took a little time for R&R! I did put together a SIMPLE SIMPLE QUICK tutorial. I decided to CASE the card on page 116 in the SPRING/SUMMER Collections 2008 Catty. The card uses chipboard. I thought I'd start to show different ways to color your chipboard. So this week's chipboard tutorial is the most basic... using CRAFT INK. The next ones will start to incorporate higher and higher difficulty levels. I felt I needed to start from the basic and work my way up. So the tutorial is rather obvious, but none the less, a technique you can use to put wow into your chipboard projects. Keep in mind you can use ANY COLOR CRAFT INK. (when using ink to color chipboard - CRAFT INK is recommended... it covers like paint and is opaque). Here's a photo of the finished card. This week I will try to get on here a lot. Seeing that all of next week I will not be posting. REMEMBER - if you wish to place an order thru me for SAB - it must be done before or on the 14th, I CAN NOT place orders from March 15-22 AND SAB ends on the 17th! Sorry for the inconvenience. I have added some promos coming up in the MY SPECIALS link on the left! Check it out! Ok. I will be back soon! Hope you have a wonderful week!
