supplies needed: Stampin' Up Flower Punches of your choice. any size is ok... also you can use scallop punch, paper piercer (or any thin cylinder - like a very thick needle), setting mat - or any dense foam mat (both of these items are found in the SU crafters tool kit), handmade paper (or vellum), and brads of your choice.

first punch out your flowers

first layer: use your pointy tool to make veins in the petals

using side of your pointy tool, curl the petals.

on flowers like this one (or scallop punch) you cut between the petals a bit to make a slit between each petal.

pierce a hole in the center of the flower.  It helps to use the setting mat (or other dense foam mat) behind it  so the center of the flower indents as you pierce it with your piercing tool.
