supplies needed: Lg. TAG PUNCH, scoring blade, 1-1/4" circle punch, marker (optional), 1/16 hole punch, brads (optional), ribbon (optional)
punch out the tag using the tag punch. Score approx 1/2" at the top of the tag.
punch out a 1-1/4" square. Cut away 1/4" strip.
adhere the "rectangle" to the larger portion of the tag.
flip over and add stitch marking using marker.
now fold at scoring and punch a hole for brad.
add brad
then add ribbon for handle. Alternate STYLE:
use the same tag base and square (rectangle) layer. additional pieces needed are 1-3/8" circle punched out and 1-1/4" circle punched out.
adhere the 2 circles together and flip over. score at approx half of the circle.
fold and place over the top of the purse. add 1/16" hole as before and add brad. You can also add a ribbon if desired.
finished purses. *If you have a small tag punch you can also use that for the purse flap (instead of the circle punches...) I didn't have one to show. also try other embellishments such as mini flowers or twine for handle. HAVE FUN!
