SCALLOP PUNCH - ROSE first punch a circle using either 1&3/8" circle or 1&1/4" circle punch. then insert the coardstock and punch a scallop circle ring. here's the ring/frame now cut a slit so the ring is broken and take paper snips and cut close to the edge all the way around. as shown. here's the cut our edge now wind the edge in a spiral add adhesive as you wind. You can do this tighter (as shown here) or looser as shown on the second flower below. Add mittle bits of adhesive so the petals stick together, add adhesive to cardstock and stick on your flower punch a small hole in center and add your jewel brad. here's the finished embellished layer. just add to card and you're done!
