 supplies: 2 strips of double sided Design Paper - each 8.5"x2.5".
sticky strip, mini glue dots, pop up glue dots (not shown), scallop circle shape cardstock, punched out flower, button, bamboo skewer, small circle punched (not shown).

accordian fold each of the strips about 1/2" wide panels for both designer paper pieces.

while folded, cut a piece off at an angle.
do this for both pieces.

add sticky strip to one end and stick to the other piece.

Then do the same of the other ends. This will form a circle flower.

add a POP UP dot to the center of the flower. The flower will not want to hold it's shape... so you have to support it with your hand.

press on the scallop circle shape.

add embellishments. (here flower punched and button) using mini glue dots.

flip it over and add another POP UP glue dot to the center.

add the bamboo skewer.
 
 
 Image
then put another POP UP glue dot on top of the stick.

put a little circle over the glue dot to cover. (you can use a button, or anything else that will fit.)

Viola! Finished 3D FLOWER!
