I saw this in a Demo only publication "On Stage" - Similar one made by Demo Karen Leveille in CT. You can use CIRCLE or square coasters... even ones from a restaurant! supplies needed: 2 coasters of any size... can be circles too!, DSP and Cardstock, adhesive glue, Sponge and ink (optional), sanding Block, embellishments, ribbon (3 pieces cut about 4 inches long), paper trimmer, sticky strip cut out 2 pieces of DSP or cardstock to fit each coaster. you will be embellishing these sides. using glue... adhere to each coaster. Sand down edges if not even. decorate both. I sponged the edges because some coaster showed. flip the pieces over (making sure the right- flower coaster- is now on the left side) and add two strips os STICKY STRIP to each inner edge. You can only see one red strip on each... because I peeled the backings off the innermost ones already. add all three ribbons as shown. (if you are using circle coasters... you may only be able to use 2). cover with DSP. sand and sponge as desired. ALL DONE!
