Makes a cute - small gift bag! 
supplies needed: 1- stamped (decorated) medium sized envelope, small scrap of designer paper at least 3"x4". bone folder, paper trimmer w/ scoring blade, adhesive!
seal your already decorated envelope. 
snip off about 1/2" strip at one end. 
score at 3/4" at the three remaning sides (not the cut side). Careful not to score too hard... the paper will rip. 
using bone folder, make a crisp fold at the three score marks.

open the folds and stick your fingers/hand in for support 
push down the top as shown until it matches the score marks. 
pinch and flatten the corners as shown. 
use adhesive to secure the corners to bottom.

use your finger to push in the sides (as shown).

using designer paper make a topper and adhere with adhesive. I punched two small holes for ribbon. 
add ribbon. Viola! All done! 
Here's the front view. Finished product is appox 3"x4.5" in size.
