This is a design I came up with myself. I hope you can understand the instructions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. CARD GIFT FOLDER - perfect for giving a set of handmade cards as a gift. Supplies needed:
12x12 inch cardstock (this will be the base) designer paper (for liner and optional decorations on front) paper trimmer with scoring blade, paper snips, corner rounder (optional) eyelet setter, ribbon, eyelets, sticky strip adhesive, snail adhesive (mono adhesive). step 1. cut 12x12 inch cardstock to 12x9.5" piece (Shown here in Bayou Blue). Also cut designer paper into two - 4 3/4"x 6" pieces (for liner) and a strip 6" x 1/2" (inner "binding" liner)
step 2. score the card base at 3" and at 3 1/4" horizontally (so that up and down measurement it is 12")
step 3. score vertically at 1/2", 3/4", 5 3/4", 6 1/4", 11 1/4" and 11 1/2". (up and down measurement is 9 1/2")
step 4. using paper snips or paper trimmer, cut away at sections A, B and C. (I like the paper trimmer for most of the cutting since the lines are straight.) THEN fold at ALL score marks. It is easier if you fold at this step. NOTE: The measurements shown at the bottom of template are 5 3/4", 1/2",5 3/4" (not 1/4" as shown in middle - mistake...) step 5. cut away at the 2 inner corners with paper snips. (You may also use a corner rounder if desired).
step 6. attach liner pieces using snail (mono) adhesive.
step 7. flip folder over and add red sticky strip (strong double side adhesive) to the 3/4" tabs on either side.
step 8. decorate the folder as desired and add eyelets to either side of the folder.

step 9. add ribbon to each eyelet by putting the end through and making a knot so it doesn't slip out.
step 10. remove the red side of the sticky strip exposing the adhesive and carefully fold the two sides up to form 2 pockets (like a folder).
step 11. add your favorite handmade cards on one side, and matching envelopes on the other. step12. close and tie a bow with the ribbon.
VOILA!
