Here's one way to use your watercolor crayons to make a watercolor effect!

Image
supplies: Watercolor Crayons (SU), a rubber stamp, Water spritzer bottle with water, cardstock (here's Whisper White).

using crayons, directly color on your rubber stamp image.

use other colors as desired!

holding the spritzer bottle about 12 inches away... lightly mist the rubber on the stamp. It needs to be lightly misted... too much water causes muck. Practice helps on this one. If at first it doesn't look right... don't give up! It takes a few tries sometimes.

stamp directly onto card stock.

Voila!

add sentiment of choice (optional) and make into.....

That's really cool. I would never have even thought of using the water color crayons. But it's beautiful - and seems easy enough for me to do. Another item to add to my wish list! I can't wait for my birthday.
Have a great day Allison.

Beautiful card. Thanks for the tutorial. I will have to try that.
