Looking for a cute way to present your party favors??? Look no further! SOUR CREAM CONTAINERS! Don't worry... you don't need used ones... just paper and tape! (and a crimper!) This tutorial is a TWO-IN-ONE! Wax Resist Technique and Sour Cream Favor Box tutorial. 
supplies: 5.5"x6.5" piece of Glossy White Paper for wax resist: brayer , ink pad (groovy guava used here), Color Wonder Crayon (any light color) for rest of project: crimper, sticky strip, black ink pad,rubber stamp ("Embrace Life" 2008 Spring/Summer Collection used here), doublesided tape  step 1. using black ink, stamp image on glossy side of paper  step 2. using white (or light) water color crayon, color in images (or portions you would like to keep light).  step 3. Using Brayer, ink whole glossy side of paper.  step 4. Using cloth or towel, wipe off ink from crayoned surface. You can color in with markers, other water color crayons if desired. 
step 5. Apply Sticky Strip to very edge of one side. (I applies along the 5.5" side). 
step 6. Stick the ends together forming a tube. 
step 7. apply double sided tape in inner edge of one side of tube and close the end. Then crimp the side together to make the crimp mark. (you can also do this without using tape... but run the risk of the tube popping open! Do this to each side!  there you have it! FAST favor boxes for parties, showers, gift giving.... possibilities are endless!
